For the synthetic understanding of human mind, we need to know both philosophy and psychoanalysis. But even today, interrelative academic activities between psychoanalysis and philosophy are few. One of reasons for that phenomena is at the
"Freud's
misunderstanding to philosophy". Freud thought that philosophical thinking was a kind of speculative, narcissistic, childish activity. At this situation, if we could prove the fault of Freud's prejudice to philosophy, the inter-relation between
psychoanalysis and philosophy might be improved. Fortunately, We have good model in Nietzxche's genealogy for enlightening the intimate and inter-supplement relation between philosophy and psychoanalysis.
Nietzsche's Genealogy traced the hidden area of human mind. He thought that consciousness was only the surface of mind. And all kind's of human activities are originated not from consciousness but from unconscious "Es, will to power, natural
drives" For
many subjects, Nietzsche's interpretation of human mind was very close to Freud's psychoanalysis. And in the critical analysis on the nature of scientific activities and phantasy, Nietzsche was more radical than Freud. Then, Freud's
interpretation
to
philosophy can't be true.
The main difference between Nietzsche's genealogy and Freud's psychoanalysis is in the different interpretation about the nature of scientific activity and phantasy. In case of Freud, he never have serious suspicion to the truthful nature of
science.
And he scarcely had concentrated his energy to the useful nature of phantasy. Therefore his technical empasis was only on the pure "self recognition". But, in case of Nietzxche, he manifestied the basic limits of scientific perspective, and for
the
strategy of energetic, strong life, he positively admitted the usefulness of aesthetic phantasies. Therefore Nietzsche's technical proposal for overcoming the suffering and nihilism was dual "play" with the phantasies and facts.
